Green Shoots Optimism
I am happy to see that our marketing and service initiatives are proving successful. We have received a wealth of positive feedback about our e-newsletter and our loyalty programme. More recently we responded to customers' requests by offering credit card payments.. Customers' really appreciate it when we are able to drop off or pick up small jobs, or bring samples to them, saving additional courier charges and time.
Furthermore I am optimistic as I have noticed an uptick in printing and bindery activity, To me, it looks as if the green shoots of a recovery are showing.
A big thanks to to BIA for featuring Classic Bindery as Bindery of the Week on the www.printing.org website. Justin does a phenomenal job making the BIA what it is.
