Calendar Season (Fall)
Fall is almost upon us. This is my favourite time of year, the leaves change colour, it is cooler, and the air smells fresher. Every Fall I have a sense of excitement in anticipation of the year ahead, this time is no different.
I am cautiously optimistic about the economy; I believe the worst is behind us. Through the peaks and troughs in activity, there has been a modest but sustained increase in business.
I am happy to see our marketing and customer service initiatives helping us build stronger customer relationships. Customers are appreciating our Classic Points loyalty programme. The ability to to redeem points to reduce the cost of a job is a great service feature we provide.
Social media is all the rage. Do you tweet? Are you on Facebook, LinkedIn, Flickr, Digg, or Myspace? Is this a fad or the way of the future? How can I or my business benefit from the social media revolution? This video is a must watch.
