Terms and Conditions of Quotes and Sale

  • We will do everything in our power to make sure all work is carried out to the highest standard within the required time frames.  Meeting specified deadlines and standards is predicated upon the client’s provision of all necessary information, materials and approvals in a timely manner.
  •  Early Payment:  Classic Bindery Service Ltd. allows 2% discount for accounts settled within 15 days of invoice.  This only applies to customers who have terms, and are paying by cash or cheque.  This does not apply to credit card payments.
  • Quotes are based on work performed during the course of regular working hours. Overtime, rush, holiday, and weekend work, or special packaging requirements necessitated by the client’s directive may accrue additional charges.
  • Changes in scope of work, changes in product specifications, work arriving differently to specified, and/or delays waiting for bindery checks may result in the revision of the quoted cost and time-line.
  • When asked by a customer to do a layout or imposition, we do everything in our power to ensure the accuracy of the layout, however the layout or imposition is ultimately the customer's responsibility.  It is up to the customer to ensure that the layout makes sense for their processes and will work.
  • All quotes are based on work being laid out and supplied in accordance with CBS specifications.  Please obtain clarification if unsure.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days.
  • Overdue invoices may attact 2% interest per month compounded monthly.
  • Customers may be liable for all costs associated with recovering overdue amounts.
